Michael Graves has performed this one-man show to great acclaim across the country from New York, to Massachusetts,to Alaska, to Santa Fe.

Mark Twain said that people cannot be completely honest until they're dead, and this play takes him at his word -- with the deceased writer finally being able to say anything he wants.

The Report of My Death, a docudrama compiled from Twain's actual words by playwright Adam Klasfeld about Twain's life between 1895-1900, received coverage in The New York Times, New York Magazine, and The Nation during its successful run Off Broadway on the decks of the USS Lilac, a steamship docked in the Hudson River in the Summer of 2009.

This critically acclaimed production introduces audiences to the "other" Sam Clemens - American anti-imperialist radical and dark prophet. No matter what difficulties he encounters, his mordant wit always shines through.
